COME ONE, COME ALL
We are inviting you to participate in the kick-off for our monthly St Augustine's Night of Service TODAY,  Wednesday October 27th, from 6:00-7:00/7:30 p.m. Show your love for our community and your church by helping out! We will be stuffing bags of candy for our trunk or treat; as well as creating a piece of art (The Tree of Life) for the Soft Space in our Worship Space/Nave.
This is an all ages affair, so don't think you're too young or too old to help.  Pizza Will be provided!! If you have any questions contact Fr Lance 405-476-2633 or fatherlance@sac-okc.org. RSVP is not required but helpful for pizza purchasing!
DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS/ COSTUME SUNDAY
Celebrate those who have passed with us during Dίa de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead. All members are invited to dress in their favorite costume Sunday, October 31st and bring photos and other mementos of their loved one to add to our altar on this day of remembrance.

TRUNK-OR-TREAT
Join THIS Saturday, October 30 from 4-6 pm for our annual Trunk or Treat event! How can you participate? 
  1. DONATE CANDY! You can drop off a bag of candy at the church office anytime between now and Friday 10/30. If you'd rather not shop, let us do the shopping for you. Your financial contribution of $20 will provide a 300+ count Sam's Club bag of candy for this outreach event. Cash, Check (memo: Trunk or Treat Candy), or online donation all accepted. 
  2. PARTICIPATE AND DECORATE YOUR TRUNK!! To truly make this a fun drive through spectacle, we need you to come, pop your trunk and set up something fun. Your display can be clever, cute, spooky, fun or festive - whatever works - this is a chance to get creative! 

SCOUTS BLOOD DRIVE: YOUR HELP IS NEEDED
“CAN YOU be brave like BIGFOOT or a Scout and help save someone life?” On November 6th from 11:00am to 4:00pm at Quail Springs Mall (2nd Level – Next to Von Maur) there will be a Blood Drive to help our community. This venture will be sponsor by our church members and the Boy Scouts of American of Eagle District, which are looking for two types of volunteers:
  1. Blood Donors
  2. As a Volunteers to ask guests (in the Mall) to consider giving blood, to help save lives going into the Holiday Season.
Consider Donating at this event or encourage someone you know to donate. Please text Rick Inselman at (405) 501-4916 if you can help in any fashion shown above. Thank you for your consideration!

Tony between Sunday morning services, 9:35 to 10:15 a.m., through November 14th in St. A’s Library, as we use a new and shortened form of Lectio Divina (Divine Reading) called “The Sister Benedicta Prayer Method.” Come to a new understanding and personal application of Sunday’s Gospel, all are welcome to attend.

YOUTH SERVICE PROJECT
Youth grades 6-12 and parents, join us on Sunday, October 24th from 2:00pm - 3:00pm for our monthly service project. We will be preparing a meal for SISU, OKC’s only overnight youth shelter, at the Eliot’s Farm. Father Lance will then take the meals prepared to the youth staying at the shelter. Contact Fr. Lance to RSVP or if you have any questions: 405-476-2633 or fatherlance@sac-okc.org. We hope you will join us!!

ADULT BIBLE STUDY: “ALL NIGHT, ALL DAY, ANGELS WATCHING OVER ME”Join us on Wednesdays at 11:00am as we study the Feast of St. Michael and All Angels through November 3rd, embarking on a adult bible study that takes a look at various stories of angelic appearances and recall what God has done before but also to watch for what God is doing now. 
DEEPEN YOUR PRAYER LIFE! 
Come to a new understanding and personal application of Sunday’s Gospel as we use a new and shortened form of Lectio Divina (Divine Reading) called “The Sister Benedicta Prayer Method.” Join Fr. Tony between Sunday morning services, 9:35 to 10:15 a.m., October 17th through November 14th in St. A’s Library. Learn the most by attending all sessions of this five-week series, or drop in and still benefit.
