PIZZA WITH THE PRIEST
July 11th we will start up our quarterly Pizza with the Priest lunch event. It will follow the 10:45am service and be led by Fr. Joseph Alsay. Pizza with the Priest is an opportunity for newer attendees to find out more about St. Augustine in an informal setting. Pizza, dessert and drinks are provided, and all are welcome. ST. AUGUSTINE 101
Join Fr. Tony Moon from 12:30p.m.-2:00p.m. on Sunday, July 25th, as we resume our quarterly St. Augustine 101 course. This class will offer those attending a chance to dig deeper into the history, theology, and vision of both St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church, but also the National (and worldwide) Episcopal Church. GAP SERVICE (GOSPEL /ADORATION /PRAYER)
Join the community of St Augustine of Canterbury Church for Gospel Hymn Singing, Exposition, Adoration and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament every 3rd Sunday of the Month starting July 18th. This Holy Hour of Eucharistic devotion and Gospel Hymn singing will start at 5:00pm. Refreshments will follow, also if you are a musician you can bring an instrument for a jam session afterwards. The Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma School of Spiritual Direction welcomes you into a 500-year old prayer method that has been known to change lives and relationships with God. Starting in August, each participant will be assigned to a group that meets twice monthly, either in person or by Zoom, and individual sessions with a Spiritual-Director-in-training. The cost of the program is $300 total for the year, additional fees for an established Spiritual Director.
