WATCH THROUGH THE NIGHT
On Maundy Thursday, we will continue our tradition of tasting the Passover Foods, washing the feet of members, and celebrating the Institution of the Eucharist.  This year, we will be blessed to have St. James Episcopal Church join us.  Our beloved Deacon Robby Trammell will preach and Fr. Cuco Escalera will concelebrate.  Also, as part of our venerable tradition we will participate in the "The Watch Through the Night."  Clipboards for the Watch through the Night will be available in the Commons Area. We encourage you to pick a 30-minute slot to pray in the Chapel at the conclusion of the service.

YOUTH EGG AND SUITCASE PACKING
On Good Friday, April 15 at 6pm, the youth of St. Auggies’ will be gathering to help stuff eggs for the Easter Sunday Egg Hunt and pack the care packages into the suitcases collected for foster children in Oklahoma. Then, at 7pm the youth will join the Good Friday service.

YOUTH STATIONS OF THE RESURRECTION
On Sunday, April 24, during the 10:45am service, the youth will lead the entire congregation in praying the Stations of the Resurrection. Just as the Stations of the Cross commemorate the 14 events leading to the crucifixion, death, and burial of Christ, the Stations of the Resurrection commemorate 14 events immediately following the resurrection of our Lord and Savior.

YOUTH CAR WASH FUNDRAISER
On Saturday, April 30 at 10:00am, the youth will be having a car wash to help raise money for our spiritual pilgrimage in June to Navajo-land with the Diocese. More details to follow.

STEWARDS OF EDEN ADULT FORUM
St. Augustine’s has made a commitment to be consciously aware of and contribute to a theology and ministry of creation care. Starting Sunday, April 24 at 9:30am, you are invited to join Jesse Heath and Mark Heaney in a 6-week adult forum as we read through Sandra L. Richter’s Stewards of Eden.  In Stewards of Eden, Sandra L. Richter, an expert in ancient Israelite society and economy as well as biblical theology, walks readers through passages familiar and not-so-familiar, showing how significant environmental theology is to the Bible's witness. The adult forum will meet in the church library. We have a limited number of books available at the church  Contact Jesse Heath at jesse.heath@sac-okc.org for more details.
