From our well-staffed nursery to programs for teens, we help kids experience the Bible in fun and meaningful ways.During our 10:45 Sunday service, our priest leads a brief Children’s Moment, then kids head to classrooms for Bible stories, hands-on activities, and play. Older youth serve as acolytes, lead special services, and participate in recreational and community service projects. For children who stay throughout the service, a soft area in the nave provides child-friendly seating and quiet activities so little ones can engage comfortably.Fun events like Burger Bash and Fest-A-Fall along with special trips—like a recent visit to Washington, D.C., to attend a service at the National Cathedral—help youth grow in faith and community. At St. Augustine, children and teens are always learning, serving, and thriving in a warm, encouraging, and affirming environment.
